Weikang Qian is a tenured Associate Professor in the University of Michigan-Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He received my Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota in 2011 and his B.Eng. degree in Automation at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2006. He has research interests in diverse fields such as electronic design automation (EDA), circuit design, computer architecture, and machine learning. In recognition of my research, he received:
- The Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship at the University of Minnesota;
- The William J. McCalla Best Paper Nomination at the 2009 International Conference on Computer-Aided Design;
- The Best Paper Nomination at the 2016 International Workshop on Logic and Synthesis.
